About the Role : As a System Support Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing financial applications. You'll work closely with internal teams and external clients, ensuring seamless integrations between Basware and Oracle while managing software releases, patches, and incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities : System Administration & Support : Provide technical expertise for Basware, Tungsten, or similar financial applications. Incident & Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to ensure business continuity. Release & Patch Management : Oversee software updates, patches, and system enhancements. Testing & Integration : Conduct testing of software applications and integrations between Basware and Oracle. Change & Disaster Recovery Management : Implement change controls and contribute to disaster recovery strategies. What We're Looking For : Proven experience in Basware, Tungsten, or equivalent financial applications. Strong background in service desk support for financial systems (internal & external clients). Hands-on experience in release management, patching, and disaster recovery testing. Ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues with a proactive approach. Seniority level Mid-Senior level
