Site Manager - Cleaning - Gatton Area

Trades & Services Trades - Other QLD Other Permanent / Full Time

This position reports to the Regional Manager and will be expected to lead a team of cleaners in a prison facility in Gatton.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant field will provide you with the skills needed to lead your team. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills. Your flexibility will enable you to deal with all levels of employees, management and clients in a professional manner as well as be hands-on with the cleaning work where required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the delivery of all services to provide consistently high levels of performance that meet contractual obligations to the Client and strategic objectives of the division.
• Ensure all services are implemented in accordance with all customer specifications and company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all areas of the site are inspected and assessed for any corrective actions.
• Manage staff performance in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for cleanliness of the chemical storage areas, conducting stock takes and other audit procedures as required
• Be responsible for ordering chemicals and consumables for staff use
• Adhering to OH&S practices
