About this roleHow You'll Make an ImpactWork with the Sales team to respond to active and pro-active pDOOH briefs for new and existing agencies and direct brandsCollaborate with clients and the account team to understand the clients business objectives and advertising strategyEffectively communicate with the client team to deliver media strategies and present proposals, including media schedules, in a timely mannerDevelop go-to-market strategies relative to inventory and supply curationWork on several projects simultaneously, often for several different clientsExecute decisions on the fly for specific clients and campaignsUndertake research and analyse data using specialist industry resourcesIdentify target audiences and analyse their characteristics, behaviour and media habitsDevelop and maintain good contacts with media owners, media agencies and direct brandsWork with the Product team to deliver client feedback and identify potential platform updates to better our clients' user experienceWhat you'll bring to the tableA bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing or similar fielddemonstrable experience in a similar role.Excellent communication and teamwork skillsMust have an analytical mind with an aptitude for statistics and mathBroad knowledge of media channelsFamiliarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buyingExcellent communication and teamwork skillsWorking knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. GfK MRI, MOAT, Nielsen IMS)Ability to work effectively under pressureStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of informationprevious experience in media buying across media channels (Display, Mobile, Video, DOOH, CTV, OTT etc)Strong understanding of the digital media landscape and premium partnersBackground working within the programmatic ecosystem with experience working with publishersExperience negotiating rates with external partnersWillingness to learn and adapt to ever-changing landscapePersonable / able to build strong relationships with partnersJob TypesFull-time, PermanentPay : $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
