The CompanyThe RoleSupporting the Regional Financial & Commercial Controller, the Sales Operations Coordinator / Analyst will manage pricing and quoting processes in a manner that is consistent with global company strategy, financial commitments and goals. In detail your responsibilities will include :
- Preparation and submission of quotations across multiple channels
- Obtain and negotiate competitive quotations from internal and external providers
- Manage relevant price books, strategic pricing and margin analysis
- Attend the tender / bid kick-off meetings and develop key deliverables
- Control of tender documentation ensuring deliverables are communicated effectively and managed
- Work closely with the sales, business development and product management teams to deliver set targets and objectives
- Interact with key customers and channel partners to ensure market intelligence is current and considered
- Support the ANZ sales team on the _APAC sales operations reviews _
- Supporting the sales leads with data analysis on an ad hoc basis
