This position will be based from our Ingleburn operations, however, willingness to do intrastate and interstate travel on a needs basis will also be a requirement of this role.

To be successful in the role you will be experienced in :
Coaching and mentoring leaders on best approach to people mattersLeading investigations, performance management and performance development processes across both a salaried and wages workforceProviding advise on obligations, procedures and strategies to successfully implement change across a businessWorking on people projects relating to rewards and recognition programs, EVP, wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives whilst effectively servicing BAUUnderstand and provided advise and interpretation across various types of industrial instrumentsFacilitating recruitment and onboarding processes including but not limited to developing PD's, interview guides, employment contracts and medicalsReviewing, developing and modifying people policies and procedures on a needs basisAssisting managers with ER / IR components of tender submissions (desired)Championing the company values to ensure they are embedded and influence all decision making and actions across the businessSupporting leaders implement change initiatives by developing action plans, scripts and presentations as requiredSkills & ExperiencePrevious Senior Advisor / HRBP experienceConfidence acting in a stand alone capacityExperience in MS Office (Excel, World, PowerPoint)Blue collar industry experience (highly regarded).Drivers License and own transportGreat communication skills (written and verbal).Business acumen and great customer service.Culture & BenefitsFull time position.Attractive salary.Immediate start.Great Team environment.Ability to imprint your personal flair into the function across the company.Employee Assistance Program.PMA encourages and fosters an interactive, safe and friendly working environment.
