The Position

Reporting to the Field Regional Service & Support Manager, you will support our APAC region, supporting mining clients across NSW from our Newcastle office. The role involves site service support, product installation, and maintenance, with varying roster patterns (e.g., M-F, 7 / 7, 8 / 6), and may be FIFO or DIDO depending on assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational : Ensure Hexagon Mining technology operates effectively at client sites, delivering value.
• Customer Service : Provide training and support on technology use and operation.
• Technical : Repair, install, configure, and support electronic and communication systems, resolving issues on-site and at our premises.

About You

We seek an experienced Field Technician ready to advance their career, ideally with a background as an Automotive Electrician or Communications Technician, eager to work with industry-leading technology across multiple clients. Qualifications and skills include :
