Legal Secretary - Corporate

Job descriptionThe Role liaising with clients and staff on day-to-day matters; preparation of legal documents and correspondence; billing; opening, maintaining and closing electronic files; and administrative tasks including diary and travel management, answering phones and recording messages Requirements excellent verbal and written communication skills; a positive attitude and the ability to manage the workflow of multiple fee earners; intermediate to advanced computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Powerpoint, working knowledge of Excel, and a typing speed of 60+ wpm have experience using document management and billing systems (such as FileSite and Aderant Expert, or similar); strong organisational and file management skills; the ability to work well with others in a team environment; initiative and the ability to work unsupervised; and a minimum of two years' experience as a Legal Secretary; What we offer
