Heavy Vehicle Service Technicians - Burpengary

Our client, Brisbane Isuzu Trucks launched in Australia half a century ago, generations of businesses have relied on their trucks to deliver, day-in and day-out.

• Sound knowledge of the dealerships operating systems
• Able to work autonomously and with limited supervision
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, effective listening, good phone manner

• Ensure workstations are kept neat and tidy

• The Role
• Vehicle Repair and Maintenance
• Perform and accurately record requested repairs to vehicles to the highest possible standard ensuring manufacturers guidelines are followed
• Always ensure all jobs are clocked on
• Inform and provide your supervisor of any additional repairs and parts required. Parts required should be completed on the "Parts Request Form"
• Maintain familiarity with all technical service bulletins and dealership products and services requesting assistance when required
• Report any damages to customer and / or stock vehicles
• Use seat and guard covers to protect vehicles
• Plan each job for maximum efficiency
• Ensure all your available hours (7.6 ordinary hours) are recorded via the time clock (productive and unproductive)
