We're seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Technician to join our Service Team. In this role, you'll provide crucial mechanical services on customer trailers and prime movers, prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency. You'll report to the Workshop Supervisor.

What You'll Do : Perform mechanical services and reconditioning on trailers.Repair / replace heavy-duty trailer brakes, bearings, and air systems.Handle axle / suspension component removal / fitting with correct torque.Maintain workshop efficiency, complete paperwork, and record materials.Conduct risk assessments and suggest SOP improvements.Collaborate, train team members, and maintain a safe work area.What You'll Bring : Trade qualification or equivalent preferred, not essential.Experience in automotive, heavy vehicle, transport, or commercial plant maintenance.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Knowledge of heavy trailer brake and air systems (preferred, not essential).Commitment to quality and timelines.Bonus : Experience with suspension, alignment, electrical, and light welding / fabricating.What We Offer : Supportive team and growth opportunities.A company valuing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.Be part of an ambitious, growing organisation.Our values—Safety First, Customer Focus, Results-Driven, Integrity, Teamwork, Open Communication, Problem-Solving, and Excellence—guide us.
