Process Workers, Labourers, And Packers

We are the largest grain fed beef producers in Australia, located in Kilcoy, one hour north-west of Brisbane. Our large workforce consists of 1700 staff and our people are the backbone of our business providing dedication and hard work to ensure the smooth running of our operations. • POSITIONS AVAILABLE

We are currently looking for process workers and food processors to join the team at our Kilcoy facility, for several departments across the business. We have a variety of roles and rosters available with no experience needed, where you can upskill and increase your earnings and knowledge. There are 200 positions available.

Production Roles

• Processes meat, offal, and tripe
• Move carcasses to chillers and freezers
• Packing beef cuts into cryovac bags and cartons
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas
• Using machinery for labeling and packaging

Facilities Roles

• Ensure the consistent function of the departments clothing store, including processing clean and used unifroms
• Keep departments areas clean and tidy (lunchroom, locker area, and bathrooms)

Food Solutions Roles

• Wrapping of individual portions (meat, mince, and meat patties)
• De-bagging of product and slicing to customer specifications
• Packing

Entry Level 1 (Production & Facilities)

• Day Shift (Monday to Friday) $23.49 per hour.
• Afternoon Shift (Monday to Friday) $26.78 per hour.
• Saturday & Sunday shifts incur extra penalties.

Entry Level E (Food Solutions)

• Day Shift (Monday to Friday) $21.50 per hour.
• ROSTERS

Several rosters across a 7 day per week operation, with extra shifts available to pick up, and possible overtime.

Production & Facilities Rosters

• Day Shift : 5.00am to 3.30pm (9.5 hours) | 4 on 4 off, and 3 on 3 off.
• Afternoon Shift : 4.00pm to 12.20am (7.6 hours) | 5 on 2 off.

Food Solutions Rosters

• Day Shift, with staggered start times (5 : 30am, 6.30am, and 8.00am).
• Working 7.6 hours, Monday to Friday only.
