Job descriptionResponsibilities include Coordinate daily / weekly planning meetings and collaborate with the maintenance supervision to schedule the manpower and resources required for effective outcomes. Set up short and long term strategies for repairs and components. Design, coordinate & present maintenance plans. Requisition of stock / parts inventory / critical spare parts for maintenance needs. Liaising with the workshop and operations team. Optimise mobile plant availability, reliability, performance and safety through planned maintenance strategy. Qualifications Mechanical trade in mobile equipment Valid Police Clearance 3 years experience in a Planning Role Skills and Experience Ability to travel to regional or remote site locations Intermediate to advanced IT skills (experienced with Microsoft programs). Founded in 1955, RJV is a leading Western Australian multidisciplinary civil construction and mining services provider. With core capabilities in Civil Infrastructure, Mining Services, Urban Renewal and Marine Infrastructure we are experiencing a period of significant and sustainable growth.
In this newly created role, we are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our growing mining team. Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, you will have proven experience controlling the scheduling and planning of maintenance for the regional and remote projects. The position is key to supporting the Maintenance and Production teams to improve preventative maintenance and reliability programs that minimise plant down time.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday and is based at our Balcatta yard, with some site visits. This position will suit those who strive to provide value adding solutions for the organisation and someone looking to work in a great team environment.
