What You’ll Be Doing

• Process customer payments and freight data with accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver top-tier customer service across multiple departments.
• Support cargo claims processes to reduce errors and improve service.
• Ensure accurate weights and measurements to prevent incorrect charges.
• Be a key link between customers and our internal teams (Customer Support, Operations, Marine & Finance).

What You’ll Bring

• Solid computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and confidence with EFTPOS / cash handling.
• Experience in cargo receivables, consolidation, and dispatching.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Forklift licence is a bonus!
