Today, they boast a large loyal customer base who own a wide range of Prestige Vehicles - from Volkswagens to Lamborghinis and Mercedes' to McLaren's. Located in Airport West, Melbourne, Victoria, the team at P.A.W. lives and breaths high-performance modified cars. Whether their customers want a little more power to overtake on the highway, or to ensure victory on the race track, they have a solution for their needs and are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their dynamic team! About the Opportunity Manage bookings and preparation of quotes for customers Attend internal & external inquiries Assist with ordering parts and office supplies Complete clerical duties and other ad-hoc duties as requested About You Previous administrative and customer service experience Experience in the automotive industry A valid driver's licence Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with strict deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment A motivated individual with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail
