Automotive Service Advisor

German Service Shop are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our professional team on a full-time basis.

German Service Shop is a mechanical service shop operating since 2013. From our North Melbourne location, we provide quality service and repairs with many happy repeat customers. Our young tight-knit team enjoy job security, reward & recognition for their work. Due to significant growth especially in German prestige car repairs,we need to employ more staff to keep up with our customer demand.

About the Role

Your duties will include but not be limited to :

• Greet customers warmly and assist with check-in procedures
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services and associated costs
• Schedule service appointments and maintain an organized service schedule
• Be able to work autonomously when needed and in a team environment to achieve weekly team and individual KPIs
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles
• Seeking a long term position
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or questions
• Uphold our commitment to quality and excellence in all interactions
