Launch is excited to be working with a leading Victorian Government organisation. We are looking for a Change and Communications Specialist to play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
The RoleThe Change and Communications Specialist will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Coordinate an organisational change management approach for each change initiative, including the development of a high level organisational change management strategy and change action plan.Develop and implement an effective communications plan to drive the strategic narrative across internal and external audiences, ensuring messaging is reflected across all aspects of written communications materials.Undertake assessments on change impact, risks and mitigation strategies, including the identification and management of anticipated resistance.Contribute to reports, submissions, briefing notes and other written material as required.Develop communication action plans and training needs analysis to support the successful delivery of change.Coordinate the measurement and monitoring of success metrics throughout the change implementation cycle.About YouTo be successful you will need :
PROSCI qualification or equivalent.Demonstrated experience in a similar role across a transformation program.Demonstrable experience in developing specific stakeholder communications plans and materials suited to specific business or technical audiences, including internal and external stakeholders.Experience across Microsoft Office, with specific utilisation of Sharepoint.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.How To ApplyLaunch Recruitment
