Reporting to the PMO Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in partnering with project teams, business units, and senior leaders to plan, communicate, and execute organisational changes that align with strategic objectives.This position is hands-on and influential - assessing the impacts of proposed changes, crafting and delivering robust change and communication plans, and working directly with stakeholders to manage expectations and embed new ways of working across the organisation.
A key focus is building trusted relationships across the organisation and providing visible leadership that inspires engagement and drives successful transitions.The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator who can confidently engage with all audiences, translating complex ideas into clear, relatable communication, and has a proven track record of delivering change initiatives successfully.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders and project managers to support complex projects and major transformation programs spanning multiple business and operational areas.
This includes a focus on digital technology transformation and associated process re-engineering.Undertake current and future state gap analysis to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning meet program objectives.Conduct Change Impact Assessments to evaluate proposed changes in business, systems and people.Develop and deliver effective changes and communication plans to engage stakeholders and manage expectations.Lead detailed change planning, including timelines, communication strategies, and risk mitigation.Identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies, in consultation with the Risk team and project team.Analysis of change readiness and change adoption through creation of surveys and facilitation of focus groupsCreating training content and user guidesEnsure positive employee engagement through evaluation of employee experience during change programs.Drive business outcomes through enhancing the organisations change maturity.Provide advice and support to leaders to guide their teams through change, fostering alignment and engagement.Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to effectively embed and achieve adoption of change.Track, measure and report on the progress and outcomes of change initiativesWhat benefits will you receive?You will be part of a culture with true purpose.
