About the role :
We're seeking an experienced Change and Training Manager to lead change, training, and communication efforts as the project moves into implementation.
Join a high-impact digital transformation project delivering a modern, secure, and user-friendly application that will improve financial and data management across the organisation.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery skills.
Key responsibilities : Develop and implement change and training strategiesCreate engaging, tailored training materials and deliver end-user trainingLead internal and external communication activitiesConduct stakeholder analysis and drive engagement initiativesCollaborate with project teams to integrate change into the overall planRequired skills : Demonstrated experience in change management and training rolesStrong grasp of change frameworks and methodologiesSkilled in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communications for trainingExperience with Agile ICT project environments preferredExperience in government sector is highly desirable (not mandatory)
