From start to finish of assigned projects, they plan, schedule, scope, and manage all technical tasks to provide works with accuracy, of high quality and allocation of necessary resources.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Coordinate and review the completion of site QA documents Organise, complete and record Field Inspection Checklists, Test Records and other site inspection test sheets Compose Technical Queries, update TQ Registers and maintain TQ records to ensure the team's scope is understood by all parties Compose Non-Conformance Records and coordinate close out actions to ensure rectification and preventative tasks are completed.
Complete material take-offs and assist in procurement and delivery tracking Work with Project Supervisors, HSE Advisors and Project Managers to ensure the safety of the site team Demonstrates HSE Expectations through consistent HSE compliance Work with the Workshop Fabrication Manager to ensure the fabrication of steel and HDPE items meets site expectations and requirements Report to the Project Manager for all site work requirements and Engineering Manager for assigning projects, leave requests, etc Coordinate sub-contractor QA activities, including surveying, geotechnical testing, tensile testing and water quality testing Identify potential changes of scope to the Project Manager and work with the Contract Administrator to complete projects in accordance with contract documentation, company standards and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE : Relevant engineering qualification Proven experience in Project Engineering In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and environmental standards Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Willingness to travel and work in remote locations Rio, BHP, FMG inductions are advantageous Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Candy (RIB CCS) Desirable Benefits and Perks : Highly competitive salary package.
