Job descriptionTo look after the physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs of the participants. Ensuring we use a person-centered approach. Observe and promote clients choice, independence, dignity, privacy, fulfillment and other rights. Maintain good and professional relationships with participants and their family / friends. Actively market Just 4 Care Pty Ltd and promote a positive, personal and professional profile All carers needs highly experienced Provide personal care and support to participants with a wide range of needs, illnesses and disabilities Know and understand the care and support of the participant undergo tasks at a person centered approach in the least intrusive way. Ensure all daily care needs are met accurate data collection and documentation when required Australian Drivers License Certificate III in Disability Support / equivalent (Desirable) First Aid Certificate CPR Certificate Will need to obtain NDIS workers screening check Working with children check Job Types Part-time, Casual Salary 32.00 - $58.00 per hour Benefits Professional development assistance Afternoon shift Day shift Weekend availability Do you currently hold : Working with children check? Do you currently hold a Qualification to match this position? Experience Support work : 1 year (preferred)
Minimum 6 months experience in same position / similar role
- Experience in assisting people with disabilities
- Team player
- A passion working in the health care industry
- Must be able to obtain Working With Children check
- Must be able to obtain NDIS workers screening check
