• About the Role

We have positions available on a permanent, full-time basis for Mechanical Tradespersons based in our Perth Workshop located in Malaga. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will be required to service and maintain large engines and compression equipment. In this position, you will

• About the opportunity
• Carry out inspections, servicing, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and OHS standards
• Perform major overhauls, reconditioning of engines and ancillary components,
• Service and overhaul gas compression equipment in line with OEM guidelines
• Based at our Malaga workshop with the opportunity to work across various locations in the Pilbara, mid-west WA and interstate.
• About you
• Demonstrated high regard for safety
• Industry relevant trade qualification
• Post apprenticeship experience working with Waukesha or Caterpillar gas-fueled engines (desirable)
• Previous experience working on reciprocating and / or rotary screw compression equipment
• Experience overhauling large engines
• Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with all stakeholders
• Basic computer skills
• Manual driver's license
• Working at Heights, Confined Space and / or Hazardous Areas certification (highly regarded)
