Electrical Tradesperson Grade 4

JLE Group's dedicated electrical manufacturing division specialises in electrical services and supplies for underground mining, tunneling, civil construction and rail industries across Australia. Manufacturing items such as Substations, Switchboard, Distribution boards, Lighting boxes & project installation works.

Due to the success and continued growth of the business we are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our team as an Electrical Tradesperson Grade 4.

• Previous experience in works tasks such as
• Electrical switchboard manufacturing
• Understanding of electrical standards and build best practice.
• Experience in building mining electrical equipment. (Underground boards and substations an advantage)
• Able to read and redline electrical drawings
• Fault finding and testing of manufactured equipment
• HV and LV terminating experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to find manufacturing efficiencies
• Mentor and teach apprentices and tradespersons
• Excellent organisational skills
• Inventory control
• Stocktaking
• Current WA a grade electrical licence.
• High risk licence (forklift)
• Be reliable and punctual
• Able to pass a pre employment medical and random D+A screening
• Thorough knowledge of Safety procedures / WHS requirements
• Excellent time management and problem solving abilities
• Manual drivers licence and white card are a must.
