Program Manager

Davidson has proudly partnered with a leading and innovative organisation within the financial services industry. We are seeking a highly seasoned and motivated Program Manager to lead multiple ongoing projects.

• About the Role

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of multiple, complex projects. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to :

• Managing the finances for the budget and distributing them wisely among projects
• Creating coordination points to enhance collaboration across teams
• Leading the development of projects from start to finish through regular planning and facilitating sessions
• Keeping senior stakeholders informed about project connections, tasks, and problems. Also, assess and handle their expectations effectively
• About You
• Multi-year experience in end-to-end Program Management
• Proven experience in delivering multiple, large and complex programs
• Agile program delivery experience
• Banking and finance experience (highly desirable)
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
