About the Role, This is a part-time 6 month contract role.
This is an exciting role for an engaging, self-motivated and forward-thinking administrator who wants to be part of a great team. You will join a team who pride themselves on operating safely, working together as a team and striving to execute projects that are spread across various sites.
In this role you will work closely with the Superintendent and Lead Supervisors and be responsible for :
- Production of key communications to team, monthly and quarterly reports, and other deliverables as required
- Preparing agendas, presentations, reports and coordinating meeting logistics
- Using SAP for purchasing (POs / PRs)
- Event management with both internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements for site execution team
- Set up and maintain filing and archiving on SharePoint
- Assistance with site-based pre-mobilisation training / qualification checks with our contractors
- Supporting projects and other ADHOC duties as required

You will have proven ability to work autonomously, proactively establish priorities and take responsibility for time sensitive deliverablesYour strong solving communication and organisational skills will be an asset - as will your attention to detail, initiative and talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholderYou will be an advocate for enabling collaboration and the simplification of tasks, and possess adequate knowledge of office suite systemsDemonstrated experience in a similar role desiredA demonstrated, proactive approach towards ensuring the well-being of yourself and others is a mandatory requirement for any role with Chandler Macleod.
