In this job you will :

As a Warehouse Operations Manager at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.You will manage, develop and grow customer relations for the site as well as manage current employee welfare and satisfaction.Use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology

• Manage and control operations for the customer, ensuring a safe working environment coupled with cost effective operational activities
• Ensuring Customer satisfactionthrough excellent service delivery
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customer and stakeholders, both internal and external
• Maintain location and inventory accuracy and increase productivity streams
• Ensure customer's annual business plan including revenue, profit and service levels are met and correct action is taken to rectify
