Customer Service Coordinator - MelbourneAbout the roleSupporting the State Manager and Project Delivery team, the Customer Service Coordinator will be committed to exceptional customer service and outcomes. You will be a team player with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to solve problems in a dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Communicate status of customer orders
- Processing of customer credits and returns
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs)
- Regular system and order maintenance including Month end processing
- Obtain delivery dockets and invoices as requested
- Update customer POs, freight, site contact details, etc
- Set up the customer interface - SharePoint
- Support other admin streams as required
- About your experience
To be successful in this role, you will have :
- Previous customer service experience
- A background in administration
- A high level of computer literacy
- Confident in building relationships and partnering with Stakeholders at all levels
