As a member of our team, you will be appointed to one of our partnering dealerships, all of which are well-established and reputable within the industry.The PositionAs the Senior Finance Business Manager, you will lead the entire Finance department within the dealership, overseeing all finance and insurance operations while driving strategic lending solutions for customers.

This senior leadership role requires strong management capabilities to set the overall direction for the department, as well as guiding, supporting, and overseeing a second Business Manager who will be a key support resource.

You will also play a key role in supporting the sales team, leveraging finance as a strategic tool to enhance the sales cycle and drive business performance.Our company is passionate about what we do and how we do it.
