About The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and hands-on Gardener to join Programmed’s Grounds Maintenance team in Eden hills, Blackwood . This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a stable, long-term role where you can grow your career and make a real impact.

In this permanent full-time position, you’ll be apart of a small close-knit team, ensuring the outdoor spaces are well-maintained, safe, and looking their best. You will take the lead in coordinating day-to-day grounds maintenance activities, overseeing on-site staff and contractors, planning and delivering projects, and auditing completed work to ensure it meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
