Gardener – Leading Hand Location : Lonsdale, SAHours : Monday to Friday, Casual Full-Time HoursPay Rate : $32.59ph + super About the RoleThe Gardener – Leading Hand plays a key role in working alongside and supporting employees living with a disability to provide regular maintenance of open spaces, reserves, and streetscapes.Our valued client is a purpose-driven organisation dedicated to empowering people with disability to live the life they choose, and this role supports that mission directly.

What You'll Be Doing Providing guidance and support to other employees General grounds and garden maintenance Ensure all equipment is regularly maintained Meeting deadlines About youIf you are a people person who enjoys gardening and passionate about helping make a difference in people's lives, this job may be the one for you.

What You'll Need Current Driver's License and transport Certificates in Horticulture (desired) Previous experience in Gardening or Horticulture (essential) National Police Check (Or willingness to obtain) NDIS Worker Check (Or willingness to obtain) Ability to undergo a medical assessment Benefits Work Life Balance – Work Monday to Friday.
