Leading Hand / Labourer

DERMET Services, a fast-growing company specialising in the design and construction of Coolroom solutions, is currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand Labourer to join our team.

• Key Requirements
• A current driver's license and reliable transport.
• A valid White Card.
• Scissor lift and forklift licenses are highly desirable.
• Must possess an ABN and have access to your own tools.
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise a team of labourers in the construction and installation of coolrooms using insulated panels.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain high levels of workmanship and quality control.
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
