This is an exciting opportunity to lead diverse projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality results and contributing to the development of essential urban infrastructure.This role is essential to our continued success in delivering top-quality projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead construction teams on-site, ensuring efficient and safe operations.Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and safety standards.Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members, fostering a strong safety culture.Ensure adherence to all regulatory and environmental requirements.What We're Looking ForProven experience in a Leading Hand role in urban civil construction.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.Hands-on experience with roadworks, earthworks, drainage, or other urban civil construction activities.Ability to interpret and work from plans, and deliver projects on time and within scope.Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality on-site.Coaching and mentoring skillsAbility to resolve conflict and align teams to clear roles and expectationsBildGroup is all about helping you fulfill your potential in a place that inspires you to bring your best, supports your journey every step of the way and cares about you.
