Your role : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our Dulux team, playing a pivotal role in the trade painter and specifier segments of the decorative coatings industry.
As a key contributor and leader, you will be responsible for driving the sales performance across your region, ensuring the successful delivery of budgets and key financial measures.
This exciting position requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to execute both state and national sales strategies, encompassing areas such as New Housing, New Construction, Commercial Repaint, and Maintenance.
In addition to driving sales, you will provide leadership and direction in all matters related to Safety & Sustainability (S&S) performance and expectations.
You will foster an environment of continuous growth by mentoring and coaching your team to meet performance goals, ensuring all sales force activities align with company objectives.
