Troocoo have partnered with this highly regarded and reputable QLD Organisation, based in Brisbane CBD, to assist with recruiting a Level 1 Helpdesk Support Officer to join the team.
Further to this, the Helpdesk Support Officer will be required to perform the following key tasks;Acts as the first point of contact, receiving and handling requests for support.Responds to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfil requests or enable resolution.Provides first line investigation and diagnosis and promptly allocates unresolved issues as appropriate.Utilise developed standards to track, monitor, report, resolve or escalate issues.Contributes to creation of support documentation.Qualifications and ExperienceUniversity degree or an Advanced Diploma from TAFE in Information Technology or related field (desirable), or equivalent experience.Technical training and associated vendor certification in any of the following technologies is desirable : Windows 10, Windows Server technologies, Office 365, General Networking and Security technologiesMinimum of 12 months experience in helpdesk and customer support in a complex technological environment.Demonstrated direct provision of level 1, and exposure to levels 2 and 3 helpdesk support.Knowledge of server and internet networking technologies.Technical and administrative knowledge and hands on experience with Windows Server editions, Windows Desktop editions and general networking methodologies.
