Job descriptionBased on your preferences and availability, you will be flying in for a week or so each month providing occupational therapy services in a clinic and community setting in the Charleville area. You will work with NDIS, Medicare, DVA & private clients ages 0-100 with a variety of chronic diagnoses Occupational Therapy services include; Assessment and training of personal and domestic activities of daily living, Home assessment and recommendations for home modifications, Upper limb and hand therapy including fabrication and prescription of splints, Scar and oedema management, Prescription of assistive devices and equipment, Cognitive assessment and therapy, Perceptual assessment and therapy, Childhood development, Behavioural support and understanding, Sensory support and understanding, Developmental difficulties, Learning / physical disabilities and Neurological impairments / degenerative conditions Telehealth (if desired) Salaries ranging from $75,000 - $115,000 + Super Very low turnover of staff - people love working here! KPI target's tailored to your level of experience Flexible working hours and days as well as a 4 day FT working week option Regular salary reviews and personalised career and professional growth plans Opportunities for cross-discipline sessions and to collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and other Speech Pathologists The team does monthly social events such as a dinner, paint-and-sip as well as rewarding their team members for their hard work with personalised gifts Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy AHPRA registration Unrestricted working rights in Australia Drivers license and own vehicle New Graduate, Junior and Senior Speech Pathologists are encouraged to apply with very competitive salary packages on offer we offer $300 to you if you refer a friend / colleague who we help into a new role! What you will be doing :
How you will be supported
The company has developed a structured onboarding and induction program (including shadowing sessions) so you feel completely settled in your role.
Support is determined by your level of experience and your needs. Weekly supervision is on offer with a highly experienced Occupational Therapist Team Leader as well as regular team meetings and internal PD. The company also offers an incredible PD allowance of up to $10,000.
