• As a Baker at Bakers Delight, you will be responsible for
• Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
• Working together with other Bakers and the Bakery Manager to ensure a high standard of the product quality and range is achieved
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
• Assisting with stock control and production expenses
• Monitor and control the speed of production for timely preparation and quantity required
• Providing delightful customer service when required
• As a passionate baker, you will need to
• Be a team player
• Have a genuine passion for baking
• Be used to starting work early
• Be comfortable working in a busy production environment
• Have high attention to detail and take pride in producing high quality products
• Love seeing customers enjoy their products
• Be able to follow processes and work consistently and quickly
• Be proactive in keeping a clean and organized workspace
• Have own transportation
