Immediate start

In this role you will provide warehouse support in the execution of day-to-day business requirements to ensure efficient and on

time delivery of inventory. This includes planning, preparation, documentation and packaging of required items within the hours from 7 : 30am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

A valid Forklift licence is required for this position along with accurate and efficient data entry skills on a computer.

Job Accountabilities / Key Responsibilities

Processing and managing inventory inwards and outwards of the regional centralised warehouse in a timely manner, maintaining documentation (including international shipping documentation requirements) and inventory accuracy.

Manage and deploy store layouts.

Perform and manage stock take procedures and processes.

Provide regional inventory management support.

Working with local suppliers to ensure most commercial and practical solutions for expediting required urgent inventory for WA region.

Occasional travel to other Aggreko locations in Australia to perform inventory management activities.

Organise freight and documentation for collection and drop-off, locally and internationally.

Maintain delivery freight tracking documents and register.

Action time sensitive inventory requests from operational teams.

Communicate with vendors to resolve problems related to delivery, return or quality.

Coordination with Perth mechanical workshop on pending purchase orders and deliveries.

Forklift duties

About You

Current Drivers Licence and High-Risk Forklift Licence (LF)

Experience within a mechanic shop dealing with small parts

Some PC Skills for using localised software for inventory control

Ability to perform warehouse tasks safely, lifting and moving inventory when required.

Accurate and efficient Data Entry skills. Multiple systems used daily (Outlook, MRP system, online booking systems)

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Willingness to learn

People considered for the role will need to undergo a Fit for Work Assessment and Drug and Alcohol testing at a suitable medical clinic in Perth
