HVAC Service Coordinator

Are you an experienced Service Coordinator with a background in HVAC and strong Simpro skills? We are working with a leading HVAC contractor in Canberra who is seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

About the Role :

As the HVAC Service Coordinator, you'll be the key point of contact between technicians, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling, job management, and exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for coordinating a high volume of reactive and preventative maintenance works across various sites.

Key Responsibilities :

Schedule and dispatch technicians for service and maintenance jobs

Manage work orders using Simpro - job creation, scheduling, tracking, and invoicing

Liaise with clients to provide updates and ensure a high level of service delivery

Support the service manager with reporting, compliance, and general coordination tasks

Maintain accurate records and ensure jobs are completed within required timeframes

What We're Looking For :

Proven experience in a Service Coordinator role within the HVAC or mechanical services industry

Proficiency with Simpro is essential

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

Knowledge of OH&S and industry compliance is advantageous
