Telesales Fundraiser

With over 30 years of experience, we are market leaders in our field, helping client organisations raise funds for their charitable endeavours. Our small, friendly, and vibrant telesales team plays a vital role in supporting these efforts, and we are looking to expand with a new motivated team member.

• The Role

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging business sponsors, using an approved script to communicate the value of our client's causes. Success in this role comes from your ability to adapt to your audience and pitch persuasively, dealing thoughtfully and ethically with objections. You will be maintaining relationships with existing customers and building new relationships through cold calling.

• Key Responsibilities
• Engage with business sponsors, tailoring your pitch around an approved script to meet different audiences
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while seeking new business opportunities through cold calling
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service through clear and confident communication
• Basic data entry and customer management using computer systems
• What We're Looking For
• Experience in telesales is preferred but not essential
• Confident, energetic, and persuasive on the phone
• Motivated, target-driven, and reliable
• Ability to adapt your approach to different clients
• Basic computer skills for managing data and tracking sales progress
