- About the role
We are looking for someone who thrives on designing and delivering engaging L&D programs that inspire growth, boost performance and support our global learning strategy. You'll collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify development needs and implement learning solutions that align with our business goals.
This is a hands-on leadership role with one direct report and a key opportunity to drive cultural and capability uplift across TTC ANZ.
- What you'll do
- Lead the design and delivery of learning initiatives across the region from induction and leadership development to mentorship and professional growth programs.
- Align local training needs with TTC's global L&D strategy.
- Partner with the wider P&C team on performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Manage and evolve our Learning Management System (Litmos), ensuring the platform supports both compliance and development pathways.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive a strong learning culture, both face-to-face and virtually.
- Utilise and interpret psychometric assessment tools to support team and individual development.
- Manage L&D budgets and resources effectively to ensure maximum value and impact.
- What you'll bring
- A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and ideally a degree in L&D, OD or related field.
- 5+ years' experience developing and delivering impactful learning programs in a corporate setting.
- Excellent facilitation and instructional design skills, with confidence delivering in-person and online.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to link development activities to business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, you're a natural influencer who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Experience managing a Learning Management System (Litmos experience a plus).
