We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead our organisation-wide learning initiatives and capability development programs.

The Opportunity

As the Learning & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning culture across CatholicCare. You will lead the design and delivery of mandatory training, performance development, and workforce capability initiatives. Collaborating with executive leaders and subject matter experts, you will ensure our learning programs are strategic, innovative, and aligned with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership : Drive learning strategies that support organisational change and performance development. E-Learning & Instructional Design : Lead engaging e-learning projects using digital media and adult learning principles. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement : Monitor and enhance learning programs based on feedback and performance data. Vendor Management : Partner with external providers to deliver high-quality learning solutions. Team Leadership : Supervise and support the Learning & Development Coordinator.

What You'll Bring

Tertiary qualifications in HR, Education, Organisational Development, or related field. Proven experience in a senior L&D role within a complex organisation. Expertise in instructional design, e-learning platforms, and digital content development. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Certifications in Instructional Design, LMS, or e-Learning Development (highly desirable). Commitment to CatholicCare's Mission and Values.
