The school compliance review program is a key part of the governance and assurance framework over finances in WA public schools.
The program works with school staff and promotes a positive culture of high integrity, self-awareness and self-improvement.The Financial Policy and Governance Division is part of Financial Services and is responsible for : the development, implementation and monitoring of policies, procedures, guidelines and standards that support the Divisionthe development and maintenance of financial policies for Schoolsthe development of policies and guidelines associated with gifts, travel and hospitality.The RoleThe Finance and Commercial Services Division is seeking a highly motivated Senior Compliance Analyst - Systems to join the financial services branch.We encourage all applicants with diverse professional experiences to apply.Are you an experienced enthusiastic and curious compliance systems professional looking for a senior level opportunity to further your career?The Senior Compliance Analyst – Systems role represents an opportunity to showcase your data analytic, dashboarding and reporting skills.
As well as playing a key role in the systems administrator for our compliance software which we use to conduct compliance reviews, follow ups and administer our annual control self-assessment questionnaireAs the successful applicant you will be a key part in our oversight and assurance activities and will use your technical expertise to develop and maintain models, workpapers, regular reporting, methodologies and extraction of review samples.
