About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to support delivery on a major rail infrastructure project as it moves through its final and most complex civil construction phases.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior engineer to gain valuable, hands-on experience across bulk earthworks , structural concrete , pavement construction , and civil finishing works . Working closely with experienced engineers and supervisors, you’ll contribute to daily site operations and grow your skills in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities Include :

• Assisting with the coordination and supervision of subcontractors performing bulk earthworks, pavements, asphalting, and civil finishing works such as line marking, fencing, brick paving, and soft landscaping.
• Monitoring on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Supporting construction program tracking, daily reporting, and progress updates.
• Preparing and maintaining key project documentation, including ITPs, work permits, and site records.
• Collaborating with engineers and supervisors to resolve on-site issues and ensure timely delivery of works.
