You will join a highly fast paced HR team whilst they assist lead the company through a period of transformation and need a strong HR partner to help steer the people side of the journey.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable HR Business Partner to support a dynamic client group through a period of transformation. Partnering with senior stakeholders, you’ll provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on change management, workforce planning, and ER / IR advisory.
This is a true generalist role with a strategic lens, ideal for someone who thrives in environments where discretion, pace, and professional gravitas are essential.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 6 MONTH CONTRACT.
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you will have worked in HR roles where you’ve had to juggle priorities and build solid relationships fast. Experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar environment is desirable but not essential. You will be confident navigating ER issues and interpreting awards or EBAs.
