First Community Management are a full service provider for residential and commercial management services in Australia. We are looking for a full time facilities coordinator to work in our fast pace growing team. working in the Inner West and Western Sydney area.
An exciting opportunity for a facilities co-ordinator to join our company based in Macquarie Park.
Your responsibilities would include but not limited to :
- Proactively ensure preventative maintenance work in the office is identified and managed effectively
- Procurement and maintenance of service contracts where required
- Responsibility for tracking compliance requirements and being effectively managed.
- Ad-hoc perform general office administrative tasks such as creation of word documents, spreadsheets, publications, and signage for the office
- Serve as a liaison between office staff and facilities management in service requests
- Identify potential risks
- Chase and maintain defects
- Monitor the performance of contractors to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Routine inspections and reporting
- Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine the necessity of repairs, maintenance or cleaning
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
