  • Clerk Grade 5 / 6
  • Temporary, full-time role (6 months)
  • Close to Wynyard station & hybrid work arrangements available
  • About the role
  • Your key responsibilities will include
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support services such as managing records and databases, coordinating meetings and events and handling correspondence
  • Responding to enquiries and resolving issues by providing accurate information or escalating concerns when necessary
  • Continuously improving office systems, procedures and methods and making recommendations to enhance efficiency and cost management
  • Gathering and compiling information for reporting on team and business unit performance
  • Guiding and supporting the Administration team throughout the syllabus development process
  • Proven experience leading and coordinating administrative teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, allowing for clear guidance to both internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated adaptability and a commitment to continuously improving administrative processes
