About the Opportunity
Our client—a household-name snack producer based in Brisbane—is shifting its maintenance model from reactive to proactive. With multiple high-speed production lines and a clear focus on uptime, reliability and safety, they’re upgrading systems and processes to reduce downtime and extend asset life. This Maintenance Planner role will establish and embed planning frameworks that support operational targets.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will own the planning function end-to-end. You’ll develop and maintain preventive-maintenance schedules, coordinate work orders, plan shutdowns and liaise with production, stores and trades to align maintenance activities with operational needs. You will also manage data quality in the CMMS and drive maintenance KPI reporting.
