Senior Ux / Ui Designer

In this collaborative environment, you'll work alongside Business Analysts, Engineers, Product Managers, Researchers, and Designers to tackle problems and strategically prioritise design activities and research. You'll stand as a champion for our customers, translating research findings into compelling narratives and sharing them with diverse audiences through detailed reports and persuasive presentations.

Requirements :

5+ years working as a UX and UI Designer or Product Designer, including experience conducting UX researchYou will have shipped multiple digital products and understand what it takes to create exceptional customer experiencesAn excellent portfolio showcasing in-depth knowledge and experience of UX and UI for mobile, desktop and web-based applicationsEnd to end experience of managing design activities across the user-centred design process including strong design research skills, iterative design and prototyping and facilitation of usability testingProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to create high quality artefacts such as personas, journey maps, task models, wireframes, and interactive prototypesComfortable working in an Agile environment and resilience in the face of shifting prioritiesBoundless curiosity about how people use technology and how to create great experiencesExcellent communication and presentation skillsHighly professional, with the ability to play nicely as part of a multi-disciplinary team, inspired by group critiqueFormal education in a relevant field such as Design, Research, Human Computer-Interaction, or similar.Seniority levelSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionDesignIndustriesFinancial Services and BankingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Brightbox Consulting by 2x
