Warehouse Administrator

Job description

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join a busy transport office in Minto. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in logistics or warehousing. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and organise consignment notes and run sheets

Book freight for inbound and outbound deliveries

Track and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents

Record and reconcile pallet movements

Monitor stock levels and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies

Provide administrative support to the transport and warehouse teams

Respond to internal and external customer service queries

Assist in maintaining WH&S compliance across the site

What We're Looking For :

Previous experience in administration or transport / warehouse support (preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Experience with warehouse systems (WMS / CRM) is a bonus

Flexible, reliable, and able to work well in a team

Dangerous Goods knowledge is advantageous but not essential
