Your role & responsibilities

As a Motor Mechanic you’ll play a critical role in maintaining RAC’s reputation for excellence by :

Diagnosing and repairing a variety of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems.

Performing routine vehicle maintenance to ensure safety and optimal performance.

Providing accurate assessments and detailed repair estimates to customers.

Collaborating with a skilled team to meet service targets while upholding exceptional quality standards.

Staying informed about industry trends and emerging automotive technologies.

What are we looking for?

We’re seeking talented individuals who bring :

Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with a track record of successful repairs and maintenance.

Expertise in diagnosing complex mechanical and electronic issues across various vehicle models.

Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.

Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members.

Relevant certification or degree in Automotive Technology (preferred).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
