About the Role
Our client focused on the National Security of Australia is seeking a Learning and Development Analyst to support the design and development of a resilient training system including the management of delivered training. This role involves undertaking training needs analysis collaborating with stakeholders developing and maintaining training documentation and transitioning learning solutions to businessasusual operations.
The Successful Candidate
- Knowledge of elearning systems principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of the design of competencybased training and accreditation programs.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing training documentation policies and processes.
- Proven ability to manage training resources effectively.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Undertake training needs analysis to develop training solutions to be designed and delivered inhouse or by vendors to a required business standard.Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders on the design development and delivery of learning and development services.Develop implement and maintain supporting training documentation policies and processes ensuring all training material is classified appropriately.Contribute to the design development and transition to BAU of learning solutions including elearning solutions in a way that is sensitive to and fully compatible with business operations.Share expertise with others guide and mentor less experienced employees and work collaboratively to achieve business outcomes.Adhere to documentation standards and procedures and configuration control standards.Why partner with Whizdom
