We have an exciting opportunity to join Ruah's Executive team. Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Manager Aboriginal Services is a senior Leadership position within Ruah.

The position provides strategic and operational cultural advice and supports the organisation in achieving ongoing and increasing culturally secure services to better meet the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities. The position will lead Ruah's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Working Group, work closely with the Aboriginal employee group, and other critical staff to support Ruah's strategic cultural objectives. The role also works collaboratively with the executive team and senior leadership to further develop Ruah's relationship with Elders, Aboriginal communities, and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations.

This is a part time, permanent position (19 hours per week), worked Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm. The role is based in the Perth Metro area with a requirement to visit different Ruah office locations as applicable.

To be successful in this role you will be expected to implement and embed strategic goals in leading cultural change in the development of Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander policy, programs, and services.
